Robyn Minns
Ethics Advisor, Ministry of Health Robyn Minns is an advisor with the Ethics team at the Ministry of Health. They work primarily across the Health and Disability Ethics Committees (HDECs) as well as the Ethics Committee for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ECART) and the National Ethics Advisory Committee (NEAC).

They have a background in genetics, which was the primary focus of their Bachelor and Master of Science. They possess practical knowledge and experience in the human research field and have been the recipient of multiple scholarships for research and development (Callaghan Innovation) and young scientist development (ABC Summer Studentship).
They are in attendance to provide guidance and advice to researchers who may be planning to apply to HDECs or who may have questions relating to HDEC or other committee processes and the standards and legislation relevant to their governance.
